IND vs ENG 2nd ODI: Rohit Sharma Hits Century While Kohli Falls Cheaply in India's Chase

Rohit Sharma powers India's chase of 305 with a blazing knock, but Virat Kohli's early dismissal dampens spirits at Barabati Stadium.

February 9, 2025: India vs England 2nd ODI at Barabati Stadium, Cuttack, saw Rohit Sharma nearing a scintillating century, anchoring India's chase of England's 305-run target. The Indian skipper dazzled with a mix of defence and aggression, reaching 100* off 76 balls, while Virat Kohli faltered, scoring just 5 off 8 deliveries. At 186/2 after 25.2 overs, India looks steady, but England continues to pose a challenge.

With 133 runs needed from 162 balls, all eyes are on Rohit Sharma to guide India to a memorable victory, with support from Shreyas Iyer, who is unbeaten on 8.
