The Indian opener unleashed a brutal 135 off just 54 balls, breaking multiple records, including the highest individual T20I score by an Indian batter, surpassing Shubman Gill’s 126. His century came in just 37 balls—the fastest by an Indian in T20I cricket.

Abhishek’s innings included 11 sixes and 12 boundaries, with the southpaw dominating the English bowlers. His power-hitting saw India amass their highest-ever powerplay score of 95/1 and reach 240/7 by the 19th over.
