“Asambhav!”: RJ Mahvash's Shout-Out to Yuzvendra Chahal Goes Viral After Historic Win for Punjab Kings
Mullanpur, April 16, 2025 – Yuzvendra Chahal once again proved why he’s IPL’s top wicket-taker, delivering a match-winning 4/28 to help Punjab Kings defend the lowest total in IPL history — 111 runs — against defending champions Kolkata Knight Riders.
While the cricketing world erupted in praise, it was radio jockey and influencer RJ Mahvash’s Instagram story that caught the internet’s attention. She posted a picture with Chahal captioned,
“What a talented man! Highest wicket-taker of IPL for a reason! Asambhav!”
Despite being bowled out for 111 in just 15.3 overs, Punjab’s bowlers pulled off an unbelievable comeback at Mullanpur. Kolkata seemed on track at 62/2, before Chahal’s spin masterclass flipped the script.

Punjab coach Ricky Ponting hailed the win as possibly the best he’s seen in the IPL. “I’ve coached a lot of games in the IPL and that might just be about the best win I ever had,” he said.
The win took Punjab Kings to the top four on the points table, registering their fourth win in six games.
Ajinkya Rahane accepted blame for KKR’s collapse:
“Pretty disappointed with the effort. I’ll take the blame, played the wrong shot.”
Interestingly, Chahal had undergone a fitness test for a shoulder injury before the match. But once cleared, he delivered one of his finest spells under pressure — reinforcing his status as a game-changer.
