Lucknow Super Giants’ David Miller says the team has overcome early jitters and learned how to handle pressure situations ahead of their high-stakes IPL 2025 clash with Gujarat Titans in Lucknow

Lucknow, April 12: As Lucknow Super Giants gear up to face table-toppers Gujarat Titans in their upcoming IPL 2025 clash, veteran batter David Miller exuded confidence in his team’s ability to close out tight games, citing recent performances that showcased their growing composure under pressure.

LSG currently sit sixth on the points table with three wins in five matches (6 points), while GT, led by Shubman Gill, top the chart with four wins from five outings (8 points). The two sides will meet at the Bharat Ratna Shri Atal Bihari Vajpayee Ekana Stadium in Lucknow on Saturday.

Speaking at the pre-match press conference, Miller said:

“The games that we have won, we’ve kind of found ways to win — been under pressure with our bowling and batting at certain stages and still got through that. For me, that’s the encouraging part for the team,” Miller told ESPNcricinfo.
