KL Rahul-led LSG concede biggest defeat margin by runs in IPL against KKR

During their latest Indian Premier League (IPL) 2024 matchup at Ekana Cricket Stadium, KL Rahul’s Lucknow Super Giants (LSG) faced a historically significant defeat against Kolkata Knight Riders (KKR).

The match resulted in LSG’s largest defeat margin in IPL history, as they lost by 98 runs to KKR on Sunday. Previously, LSG’s record losses included an 81-run defeat to Mumbai Indians (MI) in the 2023 IPL season and a 62-run loss to Gujarat Titans (GT) during the 2022 season, placing those as their second and third largest defeats in the T20 league.
