PCB Issues Legal Notice to Mumbai Indians’ Star for Exiting PSL in Favour of IPL

South African cricketer Corbin Bosch has landed in legal trouble after opting out of the Pakistan Super League (PSL) to join Mumbai Indians (MI) in the IPL 2025. The Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) has sent a legal notice to the all-rounder for breaching his contractual obligations.

✅ PCB served the legal notice through Bosch’s agent, demanding an explanation for his withdrawal.
✅ The player had originally signed with Peshawar Zalmi in the Diamond category during the PSL 10 Players Draft (January 13, 2025).
✅ Mumbai Indians signed Bosch as a replacement for injured South African pacer Lizaad Williams earlier this month.
✅ PSL 2025 clashed with IPL for the first time since its inception in 2016, leading to scheduling conflicts.
