During the event, RCB players were throwing balls into the crowd as souvenirs, when Phil Salt accidentally hit Kohli on the side of the head. The former RCB skipper, stunned at first, quickly turned around to search for the culprit. Once he spotted Salt, Kohli broke into laughter, and the two shared a hug, much to the delight of the cheering fans.

🎙️ Phil Salt Recalls the Funny Incident
“I just saw Virat in my eye-line, and I got him so nicely in the side of the head! He literally got whiplashed looking around for me. I don’t know who pointed me out, but when he saw me, he looked serious. I tried to get out of there, but he was on me in no time! If there’s footage of that, it will be very, very funny,” Salt revealed in an RCB video.
