Matthew Stafford is number 59 on the NFL Top 100 list.

July 28, 2025: Matthew Stafford, the quarterback for the Los Angeles Rams, has made the NFL Top 100 Players list again. For the 2025 season, he is ranked No. 59. This is Stafford’s ninth time on the elite list, which is voted on by other players in the league.

Stafford threw for 3,762 yards and 20 touchdowns in 2024, when he guided the Rams to the playoffs for the third time in four years. He dropped from No. 42 last year, but this year’s spot is still the sixth-highest of his career in the Top 100.

Stafford’s ability to come through in big circumstances was one of the best things about his 2024 season. He had five game-winning drives in the fourth quarter or overtime, which was the second-highest total of his career. According to Pro Football Reference, his 64.7 QBR (Quarterback Rating) is the greatest he’s had since the Rams won the Super Bowl in 2021.

Stafford is the second Rams player to make the NFL Top 100 Players list this year. Running back Kyren Williams was already named No. 85.
