Mohammed Shami’s Ex-Wife Makes Shocking Claim, Calls Him ‘Womaniser’

In a new Instagram post, Mohammed Shami’s estranged wife claims the cricketer is prioritizing the education of his “girlfriend’s children” while neglecting their own daughter’s needs.

August 4, 2025: Indian fast bowler Mohammed Shami is once again in a public fight with his estranged wife, Hasin Jahan. She has claimed on social media that he is purposely ignoring their 10-year-old daughter Ayra’s education.

Hasin Jahan said in a recent Instagram post that Shami has been unwilling to pay for Ayra’s education, even though she got into a prominent international school. She said that the player was “womanizing” and spending a lot of money on his supposed girlfriend and her kids, such paying for their pricey school fees and arranging them business class flights.

She added, “The father of my daughter, who is a billionaire, is playing with her life because he is a womanizer and is sending his mistress’s kids to elite schools.”

Legal papers say that Hasin Jahan gets Rs 4 lakh a month in alimony from Shami, with Rs 2.5 lakh of that going directly to their daughter’s needs. Since 2018, the pair has been in a long court struggle. They got married in 2014.

Mohammed Shami has not said anything in public about the recent claims. The fast bowler is currently concentrating on his cricket career. Reports say he will make a comeback in the 2025 Duleep Trophy, which will happen before the Asia Cup, after not doing very well in the recent IPL season.
