A recent report claims that Virat Kohli is being considered as an interim Test captain, with coach Gautam Gambhir reportedly endorsing the idea. “Team India has done well under Kohli’s aggressive leadership, especially in overseas conditions. Rohit Sharma’s recent performances have raised questions about his form and captaincy future. In the first ODI against England, he managed just two runs on his return to international cricket.
