After a quiet start to the season, Rohit found his rhythm in style. He scored an unbeaten 76 against Chennai Super Kings on April 20 and followed it up with a 70-run match-winning knock versus Sunrisers Hyderabad. He continued his purple patch with a 53-run innings against Rajasthan Royals, sharing a 116-run opening partnership with Ryan Rickelton (61 off 38), leading MI to a thumping 100-run victory.

With six IPL titles to his name, Rohit remains a vital figure in MI’s campaign under skipper Hardik Pandya, as the team looks to secure a spot in the playoffs.
