Gujarat Kerala And Delhi Register Convincing Wins
January 6, 2026: Gujarat sealed a massive 233 run win over Odisha in the Vijay Hazare Trophy after posting 333 for 6. Axar Patel, Urvil Patel and Ahaan Poddar powered the innings while CT Gaja starred with the ball claiming six wickets as Odisha were bowled out for 100.
Kerala also dominated their Round 6 clash by beating Pondicherry by eight wickets. Vishnu Vinod smashed an unbeaten 162 and Baba Aparajith added 63 not out as Kerala chased 248 in just 29 overs despite Sanju Samson failing.
Delhi continued the winning momentum with a six wicket victory over Railways. Priyansh Arya top scored with a rapid 80 while Rishabh Pant and Nitish Rana provided quick runs to comfortably chase 180.
