The Anti-Corruption Branch (ACB) of the Delhi Government has arrested former Central Procurement Agency (CPA) Head of Office Dr. Vinod Kumar Ranga in connection with an alleged multi-crore procurement scam involving medicines, medical equipment and healthcare supplies.
