Former Shri Ram Janmabhoomi Teerth Kshetra Trust general secretary Champat Rai has accused the State Bank of India's Ayodhya branch of failing to follow mandatory security measures while counting Ram Temple donations, alleging the lapses enabled the theft currently under investigation.
