TMC MP Abhishek Banerjee did not appear before the Bidhannagar Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate (SDJM) Court on Wednesday to provide his voice sample in connection with an investigation into his alleged intimidatory speech made during the West Bengal Assembly election campaign.
