A suspected ammonia gas leak at a shrimp processing facility near Chennai has resulted in the deaths of seven women and left 64 others hospitalised. The incident occurred at the processing unit, where workers were reportedly exposed to toxic fumes, triggering panic and a large-scale emergency response.
