Russia is facing increasing fuel supply disruptions after a series of Ukrainian drone strikes targeted major oil refineries and key transport routes. Fuel shortages have been reported in more than 10 regions, with some filling stations restricting gasoline sales or temporarily halting supplies.
Russia has imposed a temporary ban on aviation fuel exports until the end of November, citing the need to stabilise the domestic fuel market as Ukrainian drone and missile attacks increasingly target Russian refineries, depots and energy infrastructure.
