July 18, 2025: With only a few weeks left until Apple’s expected September launch event, excitement surrounding the iPhone 17 series—particularly the iPhone 17 Pro models—is building fast. A new leak suggests the Pro line might receive a significant design overhaul, including a fresh color palette, a new frame material, and a possible extension of the camera module.
According to tech tipster Majin Buu Official, who shared the information via his website, Apple may introduce four colorways for the iPhone 17 Pro: black, silver, dark blue, and a vibrant orange inspired by the action button from the Apple Watch Ultra.
The dark blue variant is described as a “nocturnal hue,” possibly similar to the Blue Titanium finish on the iPhone 15 Pro, while the orange option would mark one of the boldest choices ever for a Pro model.
In addition to the color refresh, Majin Buu claims Apple could opt for an aluminium frame, a departure from the titanium materials used in recent generations. While the black and silver shades are said to resemble prior “Black Titanium” and “White Titanium” finishes, the orange variant is entirely new territory for Apple’s flagship devices.
The tipster also hinted at a new model—the iPhone 17 Air—which may feature a minimalist design and come in light blue, gold, black, and silver options.
As with any leak, these details remain unconfirmed by Apple and should be taken with caution. However, if true, the changes could represent the most significant visual refresh to the iPhone Pro lineup in years.
