
Nintendo Game Boy Immortalized in New LEGO Model
July 24, 2025: Get ready to press start on nostalgia! The LEGO Group is celebrating a pivotal era in video game history with a new building kit: an authentic, near 1:1 scale replica of the original Nintendo Game Boy system. This 421-piece collectible is a love letter to the classic handheld, packed with iconic details and features.

Authentic Details and Game-Changing Nostalgia
The LEGO Game Boy model boasts all the memorable elements that defined a generation of gaming: the +Control Pad, A and B Buttons, and SELECT and START buttons. It also includes other signature details like the contrast adjustment and volume dial. To truly transport fans back in time, the design features a Game Pak slot and comes with interchangeable, brick-built versions of The Legend of Zelda: Link’s Awakening and Super Mario Land Game Paks. Builders can even choose their display screen, opting for the classic Nintendo start screen or one from either of the included Game Paks.
