खापों की धरती जींद के कंडेला गांव में बुधवार को हुई किसान महापंचायत में भारतीय किसान यूनियन के राष्ट्रीय प्रवक्ता राकेश टिकैत ने कहा कि अभी तो किसानों ने तीन कृषि कानून वापसी की बात की है, अगर देश के युवाओं ने गद्दी वापसी की बात कर दी तो तब सरकार क्या करेगी। टिकैत ने कहा कि सरकार की किलेबंदी अभी तो एक नमूना है। आने वाले दिनों में इसी तरह से गरीब की रोटी पर किलेबंदी होगी। रोटी तिजोरी में बंद न हो, इसके लिए ही यह आंदोलन शुरू किया गया है। उन्होंने कहा कि किसान आंदोलन को हर वर्ग का भरपूर समर्थन मिल रहा है, लेकिन किसानों के आंदोलन को फेल करने के लिए सरकार ने किसान के रास्तों में कीलें गाड़ने का काम किया है लेकिन सरकार को यह नहीं पता कि किसान ने हमेशा अपनी राहों में आने वाले सभी कांटों को उखाड़ फेंका है। उन्होंने कहा कि एमएसपी पर सरकार कानून बनाये, तीनों काले कानूनों को रद्द करे, इस पर ही समझौता होगा।
महापंचायत में हाथ उठाकर तीनों कृषि कानून वापस लेने सहित कुल पांच प्रस्ताव पारित किए गए। कंडेला खाप की ओर से ये सभी प्रस्ताव खाप प्रधान टेकराम कंडेला ने किसान नेताओं व उमड़ी भारी भीड़ के समक्ष रखे, जिन्हें लोगों ने हाथ उठाकर पारित किया। इसमें कृषि कानूनों को निरस्त करने, फसलों के लिए न्यूनतम समर्थन मूल्य पर कानूनी गारंटी देने, स्वामीनाथन आयोग की रिपोर्ट लागू करने, कृषि कर्ज माफी और 26 जनवरी को हिंसा के बाद गिरफ्तार किए गए किसानों को रिहा करने की मांग की गयी। टिकैत ने कहा किसानों से आह्वान किया कि आंदोलन में आने से पहले किसान अपने खेत में नंगे पैर जाएं, उसको नमन करें। खेत की मिट्टी को अपने माथे पर लगाएं, फिर आंदोलन का रुख करें। उन्होंने युवाओं से शांति बनाये रखने का आह्वान करते हुए कहा कि उनका आंदोलन सही ढंग से चल रहा है। युवा जोश के साथ शांति भी बनाए रखें। टिकैत ने बताया कि किसानों ने सरकार को मांगों को मंजूर करने के लिए अक्तूबर तक का समय दिया है। किसान सही समय पर अपने आंदोलन की रूपरेखा तय करेंगे। उन्होंने कहा कि पंजाब बड़े भाई की भूमिका में अपना कार्य करेगा। हरियाणा और यूपी पंजाब के पीछे खड़े रहेंगे। महापंचायत को भाकियू के प्रदेशाध्यक्ष गुरनाम चढूनी व पंजाब के किसान नेता बलबीर राजेवाल, विधायक सोमबीर सांगवान, युद्धवीर सिंह, रतन मान, राजेंद्र सूरा ने भी संबोधित किया।
कंडेला गांव के राजीव गांधी खेल स्टेडियम में आयोजित महापंचायत के दौरान अधिक भीड़ होने के कारण मंच का एक हिस्सा टूट गया जिसमें राकेश टिकैत समेत कई लोग नीचे गिर गये। बाद में टिकैत ने मंच के दूसरे हिस्से में जाकर पंचायत को संबोधित किया। हालांकि मंच टूटने से कोई चोटिल नहीं हुआ। इस दौरान राकेश टिकैत ने कहा कि मंच तो भाग्यशाली लोगों के ही टूटते हैं।
भाकियू के राष्ट्रीय प्रवक्ता राकेश टिकैत का बांगर में पहुंचने पर किसानों ने स्वागत किया। झांझ कलां गांव के पास से मोटरसाइकिलों के काफिले के साथ टिकैत का स्वागत किया गया। यहां से वे खुद खटकड़ टोल तक ट्रैक्टर चला कर पहुंचे। राकेश टिकैत को देखने के लिए लोगों में काफी उत्साह था। सड़क के दोनों तरफ खड़े लोगों ने हाथों में तिरंगे व भाकियू के झंडे लेकर उनका स्वागत किया।
