His conversation with French President Emmanuel Macron was described as a “delightful interaction,” covering a wide range of strategic and bilateral issues. UK PM Keir Starmer’s meeting was termed “exceptional,” with Modi affirming both nations would “add further momentum to this wonderful friendship.”
New Partnerships in Latin America and Europe
Mexico’s President Sheinbaum and PM Modi discussed enhanced cooperation in innovation, pharma, startups, and people-to-people exchange. Modi expressed confidence in Italy-India ties after engaging with Italian PM Giorgia Meloni, reaffirming shared goals for mutual prosperity.
Asia-Pacific and Beyond
Japan’s PM Shigeru Ishiba reiterated strong bilateral commitment with India across diverse sectors. Meetings with South African President Cyril Ramaphosa, Australian PM Anthony Albanese, and Brazilian President Lula da Silva rounded out Modi’s multilateral push.

India’s Ministry of External Affairs highlighted discussions on trade, investment, technology, green energy, pharmaceuticals, and cultural exchange as central to these engagements.
