
Another Boeing Catches Fire! Delta Airlines Boeing 767 Makes Emergency Landing After Engine On Fire-Video
June-20, 2025: A delta Air lines flight bound to Atlanta had to make an emergency landing back to Los Angeles International Airport popularly known as LAX after an engine caught fire shortly after take-off!
The video share below shows images of the plane catching fire mid-flight.
The flames were doused on the run-way itself and luckily no one was injured.

According to a report by Aviation A2Z, the aircraft had just taken-off when the incident occurred due to which emergency had to be declared and the plane was re-routed back to LAX Airport.
The cause of the fire is still unknown and the Federal Aviation Administration has launched an investigation into the incident. The aircraft is almost 25 years old and is powered by two General Electric CF6 engines.

This year has, so far, been precarious for air travel the world over, while the Air India Boeing 787 crash of flight 171 borne to London on June 12, was perhaps one of the biggest air tragedies, this is not the first time Delta faced such an issue this year.
