Following her demise due to multiple-organ failure at Mumbai’s Breach Candy Hospital, her son, Anand Bhosle, has shared details regarding the final journey of the legendary singer.

To allow fans, admirers, and colleagues from the film fraternity to bid a final goodbye, her mortal remains will be kept at her residence, Casa Grande in Lower Parel, on Monday, April 13. The public can pay their respects starting from 11:00 AM.

The last rites are scheduled to be performed with full honors at Shivaji Park later that afternoon at 4:00 PM. The iconic venue, which has seen the final transitions of several Indian legends, will serve as the site for the music industry to gather and honor a career that spanned over seven decades and thousands of songs.
