To allow fans, admirers, and colleagues from the film fraternity to bid a final goodbye, her mortal remains will be kept at her residence, Casa Grande in Lower Parel, on Monday, April 13. The public can pay their respects starting from 11:00 AM.
The last rites are scheduled to be performed with full honors at Shivaji Park later that afternoon at 4:00 PM. The iconic venue, which has seen the final transitions of several Indian legends, will serve as the site for the music industry to gather and honor a career that spanned over seven decades and thousands of songs.
