The aircraft crashed on a campus of the Milestone School and College in Dhaka’s Uttara area in the afternoon.
July 21, 2025: As per latest updates, at least nineteen people – including 16 students – have been killed in the tragic accident where a Bangladesh fighter jet crashed into the campus of a school in capital Dhaka’s Uttara neighbourhood.

The pilot and two teachers also died taking the toll to 19.
The plane that went down was a F-7BGI, which is an advanced version of the Chinese J-7 fighter aircraft and one of the 16 owned and operated by the Bangladesh Air Force.
