Big Breaking! Saif Ali Khan Attacked at Mumbai Home, Hospitalised After Stabbing Incident

January 16, 2025: Saif Ali Khan was stabbed four times during a scuffle with an intruder at his Mumbai residence. The actor is now stable and undergoing treatment at Lilavati Hospital.

Details of the Incident

Bollywood actor Saif Ali Khan faced a terrifying attack at his Mumbai home in the early hours of Thursday. An intruder allegedly broke into his residence around 2:30 AM while the actor was sleeping. A scuffle ensued when Saif confronted the trespasser, who reportedly stabbed him four times before fleeing the scene.

The actor was immediately rushed to Lilavati Hospital, where he underwent surgery. Hospital staff confirmed that Saif is now out of danger.


Police Investigation Underway

The Bandra Police have launched an investigation into the incident, filing an FIR against the intruder. Preliminary investigations suggest the attack was carried out by a lone suspect. Three attendants working at Saif’s residence are being questioned for further leads. One of the attendants reportedly sustained injuries during the altercation.

An official statement from Saif’s team reads:
“There was an attempted burglary at Mr Saif Ali Khan’s residence. He is currently in hospital undergoing surgery. We request the media and fans to be patient. It is a police matter. We will keep you updated on the situation.”

Saif Ali Khan had recently returned to Mumbai with his wife Kareena Kapoor Khan and their children after celebrating New Year in Switzerland.

On the work front, Saif was last seen in “Devara Part 1” alongside Jr NTR, Janhvi Kapoor, and Prakash Raj. The film was released in multiple languages, including Telugu, Tamil, Malayalam, Kannada, and Hindi.
