CBSE Class 12 Results Declared: Pass Percentage at 88.39%, Girls Outshine Boys Again

The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) on Tuesday announced the Class 12 board exam results for 2025. This year’s overall pass percentage stood at 88.39%, showing a marginal improvement over last year.

👧 Girls Outperform Boys

CBSE exam controller Sanyam Bhardwaj stated that girls outshone boys by more than 5 percentage points, continuing the trend of female academic excellence.

The Vijayawada region emerged as the best-performing zone in the country, boasting a nearly perfect pass rate of 99.60%, far exceeding the national average.
