Held from October 26 to November 24, the 30-day initiative, championed by Sheikh Hamdan bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Crown Prince of Dubai, inspired residents and visitors alike to commit to 30 minutes of daily exercise for 30 days. With free fitness villages, community hubs, and flagship events across the city, the 2024 edition was lauded as the most inclusive and accessible yet.

“Inspired by the vision of Sheikh Hamdan, we have created a collective fitness journey that goes beyond 30 days. This year’s participation numbers reflect DFC’s power to transform lives and establish Dubai as one of the world’s most active cities.”

Ahmed Al Khaja, CEO of Dubai Festivals and Retail Establishment (DFRE), praised the city’s community spirit:
“DFC 2024 was a resounding success, demonstrating that health and happiness are truly for everyone. The passion it has ignited will motivate individuals to continue their fitness journeys long after the 30 days.”
