IDF Seize Weapons and Arrest Suspects in Counterterrorism Raids Across Judea and Samaria

IDF, ISA, and Border Police Confiscate Weapons, Ammunition, and Terror-Linked Funds in Widespread Operations

Jerusalem [Israel], December 22: In a series of overnight counterterrorism operations, Israeli security forces—including the IDF, ISA, and Border Police—conducted coordinated raids across multiple areas in Judea and Samaria, targeting terrorist suspects and weapons caches, according to the IDF Spokesperson’s Unit.

Key Outcomes of the Operations:

  • Five weapons and a significant quantity of ammunition were confiscated in the towns of As-Samu and Halhul.
  • Four wanted suspects were apprehended in Halhul, Dayr Ghazale, and Silat ad-Dhahr.
  • Over the past week, security forces have seized:
    • Dozens of illegal vehicles
    • Approximately ten weapons
    • Over one million shekels in terror-related funds

These operations are part of Israel’s ongoing strategy to disrupt terror networks, prevent attacks, and ensure regional security.

No Casualties Reported Among Security Personnel

The apprehended suspects and confiscated materials have been transferred to Israeli security agencies for further investigation and processing. Notably, no injuries were reported among Israeli forces during these high-risk operations.
