Internet Stunned as Vidyut Jammwal Goes Naked to Climb a Tree

Actor Vidyut Jammwal, known for his exceptional fitness and mastery of Kalaripayattu, has once again grabbed the internet’s attention with a daring and unconventional stunt. On Saturday, Vidyut shared a video on Instagram in which he is seen climbing a tree completely nude, leaving social media users shocked and divided.

In the video, the actor swiftly scales the tree with remarkable agility, while his back is partially concealed using an ‘evil eye’ emoji. Explaining the reason behind the act, Vidyut wrote that the stunt was part of his annual yogic practice called Sahaja. According to him, Sahaja represents returning to a natural state of instinct and ease, helping deepen one’s connection with nature and inner awareness.

He further explained that the practice has scientific benefits, claiming it activates neuroreceptors and proprioceptors, improves balance and coordination, enhances body awareness, sharpens mental focus, and creates a strong sense of grounding.

Despite the explanation, the video triggered a wave of reactions online. Many users expressed surprise and humour, questioning the need to be nude for climbing a tree. Comments ranged from light-hearted jokes comparing him to Tarzan to admiration for his confidence and discipline. Some users, however, praised Vidyut for embracing nature and fearlessly expressing his beliefs.

On the work front, Vidyut was last seen in Madharaasi, directed by AR Murugadoss, which performed strongly at the box office, earning ₹44 crore net in India within five days of release. He is set to make his Hollywood debut in the upcoming Street Fighter reboot, where he will portray Dhalsim, a yogi with fire-breathing powers.
