Jeet Adani Weds Diva Shah in Ahmedabad: All You Need To Know About The Wedding

The low-key wedding of Gautam Adani’s younger son emphasises simplicity, tradition, and meaningful causes.

February 7, 2025: Jeet Adani and Diva Shah Tie the Knot in a Traditional Jain-Gujarati Ceremony in Ahmedabad

Industrialist Gautam Adani’s younger son, Jeet Adani, married Diva Jaimin Shah today in a private, traditional ceremony held at the Adani township in Ahmedabad, Shantigram. The couple, who got engaged on March 14, 2023, celebrated their union in a low-key event that highlights their shared commitment to meaningful social causes.

Wedding Venue and Celebrations:

The pre-wedding festivities commenced on February 5. The main ceremony, conducted in line with Jain and Gujarati traditions, began at 2 PM today. Gautam Adani emphasized that the wedding would be simple and traditional, countering rumors of a star-studded guest list, which included names like Taylor Swift.

Speaking about the family’s ethos, Gautam Adani remarked, “Our upbringing and way of doing things are rooted in simplicity. Jeet’s wedding reflects this value.”

A Wedding With a Cause:

Jeet and Diva’s wedding stood out for its philanthropic initiatives. The couple collaborated with the NGO Family of Disabled (FOD) and fashion designer Manish Malhotra to support people with disabilities. Custom-made shawls and hand-painted wedding essentials like plates and glassware were crafted by the NGO for the occasion.

The couple also pledged ₹10 lakh annually toward the weddings of 500 women with disabilities. As part of this initiative, Jeet personally met 21 newlywed women with disabilities and their husbands earlier this week to launch the program.

Jeet Adani:

The younger son of Gautam Adani, Jeet is the Director of Adani Airports and began his career in the Adani Group in 2019, focusing on strategic finance, capital markets, and governance. A graduate of the University of Pennsylvania’s School of Engineering and Applied Sciences, Jeet is also a trained pilot and credits his philanthropic inspiration to his mother, Priti Adani.

Diva Jaimin Shah:

Diva is the daughter of diamond merchant Jaimin Shah, co-owner of C. Dinesh and Co. Private Limited, a prominent diamond manufacturing firm with operations in Mumbai and Surat. She has maintained a private profile and aligns with Jeet’s commitment to social causes.
