Jimmy Kimmel Torches Elon Musk and Trump Over Explosive Epstein Allegations

The late-night host dives into the Musk-Trump fallout, Epstein bombshell claims, and “Woke-back Mountain” jabs during a fiery monologue on Jimmy Kimmel Live!

Jimmy Kimmel joined the chorus of late-night hosts dissecting the public feud between tech mogul Elon Musk and former U.S. President Donald Trump, a spat that has intensified over allegations linking Trump to the infamous Jeffrey Epstein case. Kimmel’s monologue Thursday night skewered both figures, using humor to spotlight what’s quickly becoming a political spectacle.

“Elon Musk went absolutely nuclear,” Kimmel said, setting up the segment with a sly grin. “He tweeted — let’s put that up on the big screen — ‘Time to drop the really big bomb. Donald Trump is in the Epstein files. That is the real reason they’ve not been made public.’” Kimmel, clearly relishing the moment, added, “I knew this day would come, and yet somehow it’s even better than I imagined.”

The Epstein reference stems from documents long sought after by the public and media. Epstein, a disgraced financier and convicted sex offender, died in 2019 under mysterious circumstances while awaiting trial for sex trafficking in a Manhattan jail. Musk’s accusation against Trump — implying that he is named in classified government files — has reignited conspiracy theories and public scrutiny.

“That’s a serious accusation,” Kimmel continued. “What does Elon know? What evidence could there possibly be that Trump was in league with Jeffrey Epstein? Other than this and this,” he added, as old images of Trump and Epstein together flashed on the screen. “If it’s not true, he could get sued for a zillion dollars.”

Kimmel didn’t stop there. He skewered conservative network Newsmax and its anchor Carl Higbie for floating the idea that Trump and Musk could be playing “4D chess” to derail legislation. “These dumb guys are so dumb they assume other dumb guys like Trump are geniuses,” Kimmel said. “In February, Elon tweeted, ‘I love Donald Trump as much as a straight man can love another man.’ They couldn’t quit each other. It was like ‘Woke-back Mountain’ with these two. Now it’s all gone and battle lines are being drawn.”

The cracks in the Musk-Trump alliance have widened dramatically in recent days. Musk recently slammed a Trump-endorsed spending bill as a “disgusting abomination,” accusing Congress of bankrupting the nation. In return, Trump lashed out, saying he was “very disappointed because Elon knew the inner workings of this bill,” adding that Musk, like other former associates, might be suffering from “Trump derangement syndrome.”

“You’ve got one MAGA hero accusing another MAGA hero of withholding the Epstein files because he himself is a part of them,” Kimmel concluded. “And what do they do? I can’t wait to find out. My prediction: at the end of this, one of them’s in a cell with Diddy.”

The night’s guest lineup included actor Seth MacFarlane, NBA star Draymond Green, and musician Ty Dolla $ign, but it was Kimmel’s Epstein-themed monologue that stole the show.
