Kris Jenner’s Cosmetic Journey: From Breast Implants to 2025 Enhancements

The Kardashian matriarch opens up about her decades-long experience with plastic surgery — from breast implants in the ’80s to her latest aesthetic upgrades in New York City.

Kris Jenner has always embraced transparency when it comes to her appearance — and that includes openly discussing her plastic surgery journey. From breast augmentation in the 1980s to a hip replacement in 2022 and recent aesthetic enhancements in 2025, the Kardashian-Jenner matriarch has never shied away from tweaking her look to feel her best.

Jenner’s cosmetic journey began after the birth of her four eldest children, when she opted for breast implants. “I had a boob job in the ’80s after four kids because gravity took over,” she revealed in 2015. Years later, she replaced them with smaller implants, saying the original size had started to feel “matronly.”

Her first facelift in 2011 was documented on Keeping Up With the Kardashians and performed by renowned surgeon Dr. Garth Fisher — the same doctor later credited with Kylie Jenner’s breast augmentation in 2025. Jenner praised Fisher for making her experience comfortable and even allowed cameras in the operating room to demystify the process for viewers.

In 2018, Jenner underwent earlobe reduction surgery, another procedure that was featured on KUWTK. Citing insecurity after a comment from Kim, she turned to Dr. Jason B. Diamond for a 30-minute procedure that left her feeling more confident.

Botox and fillers have also been regular parts of Jenner’s beauty routine. She once even gave Botox gift cards to friends and family for Christmas, saying, “If you’re responsible, and you talk to your doctor, I think it works.”

In 2022, Jenner confronted a more serious medical procedure — a hip replacement — due to intense pain that left her reliant on a cane. Although initially emotional and hesitant, she described the surgery as empowering and said she was determined to “live again without this pain.”

Most recently, in May 2025, fans were abuzz over Jenner’s youthful appearance at Lauren Sánchez’s bachelorette party. PEOPLE later confirmed that she had undergone aesthetic enhancements by NYC-based surgeon Dr. Steven Levine, though specific procedures remain undisclosed.

While Jenner is candid about most of her surgeries, she’s denied having had rhinoplasty. “I have the same nose I was born with,” she insisted, despite ongoing speculation. Interestingly, daughter Khloé did confirm having a nose job in 2022 — a decision she says she’d long considered.

Through it all, Kris Jenner continues to stand by one principle: Do what makes you feel good. “You can’t do something because somebody else wants you to do it,” she once said. “You have to do what makes you feel good.”
