Masaba Gupta Celebrate Upcoming Parenthood with Intimate Baby Shower

Fashion designer Masaba Gupta and actor Satyadeep Misra, who are soon to welcome their first child, hosted an intimate baby shower on Sunday, attended by close friends and family. The joyous occasion was captured in several pictures and videos, which have since gone viral on social media.

Among the attendees was Soni Razdan, who attended the event with her daughter Shaheen Bhatt. Soni shared a few inside glimpses of the baby shower on Instagram, much to the delight of fans. Masaba, glowing in a light brown dress, was the center of attention, radiating happiness as she prepares for motherhood.

One heartwarming photo features Soni posing with Masaba and her mother, Neena Gupta. Another captures Masaba’s husband, Satyadeep Misra, joining the group for a cheerful pose.

Sonam Kapoor also shared some of the baby shower moments on her Instagram story, looking stunning in a brown saree paired with a white blouse. She posed alongside the mom-to-be and her sister, Rhea Kapoor.

Back in April, Masaba announced the exciting news of her pregnancy on Instagram, delighting her followers. She humorously added, “Two little feet are on their way to us! Please send love, blessings, and banana chips (plain salted ONLY).”

Masaba and Satyadeep tied the knot in January 2023 in a beautiful ceremony attended by their families, including Masaba’s mother Neena Gupta, father Vivian Richards, and stepfather Vivek Mehra. Masaba shared a memorable family photo from the wedding day, captioning it, “For the first time ever – My whole life came together. This is us. My beautiful blended family. Everything from here on is just a bonus.”

The couple previously collaborated on the Netflix series Masaba Masaba, which is based on Masaba’s personal and professional life. Masaba was previously married to producer Madhu Mantena, while Satyadeep was formerly married to actress Aditi Rao Hydari.
