IPL 2025, RR vs CSK Highlights: Rajasthan Royals posted a competitive 182/9 against Chennai Super Kings in their IPL 2025 clash at the Barsapara Stadium in Guwahati, thanks to a whirlwind knock by Nitish Rana, who smashed 81 off just 36 balls. The Royals lost momentum in the death overs, collapsing under tight bowling from Matheesha Pathirana and Noor Ahmad.

After winning the toss, CSK skipper Ruturaj Gaikwad opted to bowl first. While RR lost early wickets, Rana’s aggressive strokeplay, aided by a solid 37 from Riyan Parag, helped the team recover. The middle and lower order, however, failed to capitalize as RR lost four wickets in the final 18 balls.

CSK’s Noor Ahmad continued his stellar form with 2 for 28, while Pathirana picked up two late wickets, including the crucial one of Riyan Parag who was visibly struggling after taking a hit on the elbow.

Rajasthan’s innings ended at 182/9 with Shimron Hetmyer falling in the final over for 19. CSK now needs 183 to win.
