May 7, 2025: New Delhi – The nation continues to remain on high alert following the launch of Operation Sindoor, India’s strategic response to the brutal Pahalgam terror attack. The tri-services operation, conducted at 1:44 AM on May 7, targeted nine terrorist infrastructure sites in Pakistan and Pakistan-occupied Kashmir.

Air Force Takes Over Chandigarh Airport
In one of the day’s most significant developments, the Indian Air Force assumed full control of Shaheed Bhagat Singh International Airport in Chandigarh.
