
Rahul Dravid's Car Collides With Auto in Bengaluru, Heated Argument Ensues
February 5, 2025: Former India head coach and legendary cricketer Rahul Dravid was recently caught in a heated argument with an auto-rickshaw driver after a minor road collision in Bengaluru. The incident took place on Cunningham Road on Tuesday evening and was captured on video by a passerby, quickly going viral on social media.

As per reports, Dravid’s car was hit from behind by a goods auto-rickshaw while stuck in traffic. It remains unclear whether Dravid was behind the wheel at the time of the accident. In the video, Dravid, visibly frustrated, is seen speaking to the driver in Kannada, with mentions of brakes overheard during the exchange.
Sources say Dravid noted down the auto driver’s contact details and registration number before leaving the scene. Fortunately, no injuries were reported. The argument and the incident are believed to have occurred around 6:30 PM. According to the Deccan Herald, no case has been filed concerning the collision.

Dravid, regarded as one of India’s greatest cricketers, has accumulated over 24,000 international runs in his illustrious career. His recent stint as the head coach of Team India concluded in July 2024 after India’s triumphant T20 World Cup campaign. Following his tenure, Dravid joined Rajasthan Royals as their head coach and was actively involved in the IPL 2025 mega auction.
