After RCB skipper Rajat Patidar walked in post the dismissal of Devdutt Padikkal (27 off 14), he steadied the innings with aggressive strokeplay and brought up his half-century in just 30 deliveries. He found support in Virat Kohli (35 off 23), who struck a six and four soon after being hit on the helmet, showing signs of peak form.
