In a heartfelt statement, Sheikh Mohammed emphasized that the sacrifices of the martyrs reflect the highest values of patriotism, honor, dignity, and loyalty, which continue to define the Emirati spirit and heritage. Observed annually on November 30, Commemoration Day pays tribute to the armed forces, diplomatic corps, security personnel, civil defense, and healthcare workers, including those who lost their lives during the COVID-19 pandemic. Sheikh Mohammed highlighted their bravery and dedication, describing their contributions as a shining example of resilience and service.

“For the ninth consecutive year, we come together to honor our heroes, who have moved to an eternal abode under the care of the Almighty. They live on, celebrated and dignified, in the annals of our history and the hearts of our people,” he said.
