After GT skipper Shubman Gill won the toss and opted to bowl, the pace trio of Siraj, Prasidh Krishna, and R Sai Kishore kept SRH in check with relentless discipline and key breakthroughs at regular intervals.

Siraj set the tone early, removing both Travis Head and Abhishek Sharma inside the powerplay. His aggressive opening spell dismantled SRH’s top order and reduced the home side to 52/3 by the 8th over.
