“Victory, Victory, and Only Victory”—Netanyahu Declares Israel Ready for Renewed Combat in Gaza

Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu vows “total victory”, asserting that Hamas will no longer rule Gaza, IDF troops will stay in the West Bank as long as necessary, and Israel is prepared to resume intensive combat at any moment.

Tel Aviv [Israel], February 24: Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu issued a strong warning, declaring that Israel is prepared to return to intensive combat at any moment, with operational plans already in place.

Speaking at a graduation ceremony for IDF Ground Forces combat officers, Netanyahu reiterated his stance on total victory, pledging that all Israeli hostages will return home and Hamas will be completely dismantled.

“Hamas won’t rule Gaza. Gaza will be demilitarized, and its fighting force will be dismantled,” Netanyahu stated, as reported by The Times of Israel.

“We Must Defeat Those Monsters”—Netanyahu on the Bibas Family Murders

During his speech, Netanyahu held up a photo of slain Israeli hostages Shiri, Ariel, and Kfir Bibas, sparking mixed reactions from the crowd—some cheering, others protesting.

“This image says it all… so that we will always remember what we are fighting for, and who we are fighting against,” Netanyahu said.

He accused Hamas of brutally murdering the Bibas children, claiming:

“They strangled the tender boys with their bare hands. We must defeat those monsters, and we will defeat them.”

“Victory Can Be Achieved Through Negotiations—or Another Way”

Netanyahu reaffirmed his commitment to achieving absolute victory, stating that Israel’s triumph could come through negotiations or through military action.

“Victory, victory, and only victory,” he declared.

Netanyahu Thanks Trump for Military Support, Endorses “New Gaza” Plan

The Israeli Prime Minister also expressed gratitude to former US President Donald Trump, acknowledging his commitment to supplying crucial weapons to Israel.

“The new defensive and offensive weapons will help us greatly in achieving total victory,” Netanyahu stated.

He further noted that Trump “sees eye-to-eye” with Israel on Gaza, backing Trump’s controversial proposal to relocate Gaza’s population and have the US oversee reconstruction.

“We support President Trump’s groundbreaking plan to enable the freedom to leave for Gazans and the creation of a different Gaza,” he added.

IDF Presence in the West Bank to Continue

Netanyahu also confirmed that IDF troops would remain in the West Bank indefinitely, highlighting Israel’s ongoing efforts to combat terrorism.

“The tank platoon that Israel introduced into the West Bank means that Israel is fighting terrorism with all means and in all places,” he emphasized.

As tensions escalate, Netanyahu’s assertion of Israel’s preparedness for renewed combat signals a potential intensification of the conflict in the coming weeks.
