India’s star grappler Vinesh Phogat continued her impressive run at the Paris Olympics by securing a dominating win over Cuba’s Yusneylis Guzman Lopez in the women’s 50kg wrestling semi-finals. In the quarter-finals against Ukraine’s Oksana Livach, Vinesh took an early 2-0 lead in the first period. Despite a strong fightback from Livach in the second period, Vinesh held off the challenge, securing her semi-final spot.
