In a YouTube video titled “DO NOT Attempt a 46H Train Journey in India – It BROKE ME!”, Blaho documented his exhaustive experience across India’s railway system, travelling from Mumbai to Varanasi, then Agra to Delhi, and switching between Sleeper class and Third AC coaches.

What began as a cultural exploration ended in frustration, exhaustion, and a plea for peace.

Noise, Dirt, and Sleeplessness

Throughout his vlog, Victor appeared visibly distressed. He filmed rats and cockroaches, commented on overflowing trash, and repeatedly expressed dismay at the lack of cleanliness and noise levels.

“It’s very dirty, it smells… Between the mice, the bugs, people talking loudly—I’m not sleeping here tonight,” he said.

Despite trying to remain open-minded, Victor admitted he couldn’t even bring himself to rest his head on the pillow due to insect sightings.

Unwanted Social Encounters

Apart from physical discomfort, Victor also dealt with overzealous co-passengers. In one awkward exchange, a man asked Victor to chat with his girlfriend via video call — then revealed he had one girlfriend in Mumbai and another in Delhi.

“It’s been three weeks in India. I want to go home now… I need peace, I need quiet, I need a clean bed,” Victor confessed in the video after shaking off the chatty passenger.

Emotional Fallout & Instagram Reflection

In a now-viral Instagram post, Victor summarized his experience:

“46 hours on the lowest train classes across India… my main emotions? Despair & borderline insanity.”

He concluded with a word of advice to fellow travelers:

“If you’ve got the budget, book the highest class possible.”
