Staying hydrated is also important, as dehydration can worsen joint stiffness. Additionally, supplements like glucosamine, chondroitin, and turmeric may offer extra support for joint health.
Wearing layers of warm clothing can help prevent your joints from stiffening in the cold. Make sure to keep your extremities, such as your hands and knees, properly covered when going outside.
