According to city officials, the 200-guest limit ensures no disruption to Venice’s life and tourism. But make no mistake — the city’s luxury hotels are sold out. Iconic properties like Aman Venice and Gritti Palace are fully booked, with suites priced between $3,200 and $32,000 a night.
Additionally, Venice’s entire fleet of water taxis will be on standby, shuttling guests through the canals in style.
Lauren Sanchez will walk down the aisle in a bespoke gown by Oscar de la Renta, under the style mentorship of Vogue’s Anna Wintour. Their collaboration previously turned heads at the Met Gala, and expectations are sky-high for the wedding day ensemble.
Though earlier reports hinted at the couple hosting the ceremony aboard their $500 million superyacht Koru, sources now reveal that the yacht won’t be the wedding venue. Instead, Koru will likely host luxurious lagoon excursions, offering guests a unique experience without violating Venice’s strict maritime regulations.
