Luxury Apartment Offers Residents Porsche Fleet

Residents of the $4 billion One Sydney Harbour complex can now reserve electric Porsche cars as part of their luxury lifestyle perks — without the hefty price tag of ownership.

March 25, 2025: Sydney, Australia — As if waterfront views and designer interiors weren’t enough, residents of one of Sydney’s most exclusive apartment buildings are now being offered access to a fleet of luxury Porsches — including the electric Porsche Macan and Porsche Taycan — for a fraction of the ownership cost.

The offering comes from One Sydney Harbour, a high-end residential development in Barangaroo, designed by Renzo Piano, the Pritzker Prize-winning architect. The three-tower complex has already sold 95% of its units, raking in over $4 billion in sales. Prices for the remaining apartments range from $1.68 million (one-bedroom) to $5.3 million (three-bedroom).

Porsche, Pools, and Panoramas

In addition to a 24-hour concierge, indoor pools, a private wine gallery, and luxury wellness facilities, residents can now reserve brand-new electric Porsches through a new collaboration between developer Lendlease and Outbound, the luxury vehicle platform.

Instead of shelling out nearly $145,000 for a Macan EV or $194,000 for a Taycan, residents will be able to access these vehicles on demand — adding a new level of mobility and class to their urban lifestyle.

A Shift in Luxury Living

Outbound CEO Luke Rust noted that high-end shared transportation is gaining traction, even among the elite. “Even in Sydney’s most prestigious real estate, shared transportation remains in demand — but on a new level of style and sophistication,” he said.

“Residents will be able to walk out of their apartments and straight into an electric Porsche. It’s about freedom, elegance, and convenience without the commitment of ownership,” he added.

The ultra-luxury property, already home to Australia’s record-setting $140 million penthouse, boasts interiors by Daniel Goldberg of State and Craft, making it a holistic showcase of architecture, design, and now — automotive opulence.
