The cameras have started rolling for the much-anticipated film ‘Sunny Sanskari Ki Tulsi Kumari’ as actors Varun Dhawan and Janhvi Kapoor embark on their shooting journey. Director Shashank Khaitan took to Instagram to share the exciting news, posting a snapshot of the clapboard adorned with the film’s title. With heartfelt gratitude, he marked the commencement of Day 1, tagging the cast and crew including Janhvi, Sanya Malhotra, Akshay Oberoi, and Rohit Saraf.
Helmed by Shashank Khaitan and produced by Karan Johar under Dharma Productions, ‘Sunny Sanskari Ki Tulsi Kumari’ holds special significance as it reunites Varun with Shashank for the third time, following their successful collaborations in ‘Humpty Sharma Ki Dulhania’ and ‘Badrinath Ki Dulhania.’ For Janhvi, it marks her second collaboration with Shashank after her debut in ‘Dhadak.’ Additionally, this venture marks Varun and Janhvi’s second project together after their romantic drama ‘Bawaal.’
Adding to the excitement, this film also introduces Sanya Malhotra to Shashank Khaitan’s directorial world and Dharma Productions. Set to charm audiences, ‘Sunny Sanskari Ki Tulsi Kumari’ is slated to hit theaters on April 18, 2025.
