Are aliens about to attack? Scientists say there is a strange object near Earth

July 29, 2025: Could contact with aliens be far more dangerous and happen sooner than we thought? Baba Vanga, a famous mystic, is said to have predicted that humans would meet aliens in 2025. However, current scientific assertions suggest that a potentially dangerous meeting might happen in only a few months.

A fresh report that came out on July 16 on the preprint server arXiv and was quoted by the fresh York Post and South West News Service says that a group of scientists has a shocking warning: an alien spaceship could be on its way to Earth and could attack as soon as this November. The object, called 3I/ATLAS, was originally seen on July 1 and is now moving toward the Sun at an incredible 130,000 miles per hour. Astronomers determined that it came from outside our solar system just one day after they found it.

At first, it looked like 3I/ATLAS was a comet with a diameter of about 15 miles, which is bigger than Manhattan. But academics Avi Loeb, Adam Hibberd, and Adam Crowl from the Initiative for Interstellar Studies have a more interesting idea in their paper: that 3I/ATLAS might not be a natural event at all, but rather a piece of advanced alien surveillance technology that is hiding in plain sight.

Loeb, a Harvard astrophysicist who is known for his controversial idea that the 2017 object “Oumuamua” could have been an alien reconnaissance probe, says that 3I/ATLAS has some strange features, such as its unique path and very high speed, that could suggest it was designed by an intelligent being.

Loeb wrote in a blog post that the object’s course lets it approach very close to Jupiter, Mars, and Venus. He thinks this is the best way for aliens to secretly put surveillance “gadgets” on these worlds. Even more worrying, 3I/ATLAS will temporarily disappear from Earth’s perspective when it gets closest to the Sun (perihelion) in late November. Loeb says that this absence could be a planned move to avoid being seen by observatories on Earth. This could be the perfect time for alien technology to be sent to our planet.

If 3I/ATLAS is a piece of technology, it could corroborate the “dark forest hypothesis,” which says that smart alien civilizations stay hidden to avoid being found by possible enemies. Loeb has even gone so far as to say that this issue could get worse than just spying and could be a sign of an alien attack. He says that “defensive measures” may need to be taken.

As November gets near, the scientific community and the general public will be very interested in how 3I/ATLAS approaches Earth, whether it turns out to be a natural comet or a cosmic Trojan horse.
