Global Leaders React to Trump’s Historic Victory
Prime Minister Narendra Modi of India also joined in the celebrations, sending his heartfelt congratulations to his “friend” Donald Trump. In a message on X, Modi expressed confidence in furthering the India-U.S. relationship, writing:
“Heartiest congratulations my friend @realDonaldTrump on your historic election victory.”
Modi expressed hope for continued collaboration, stating, “As you build on the successes of your previous term, I look forward to renewing our collaboration to further strengthen the India-US Comprehensive Global and Strategic Partnership.
