Andrew Tate and his brother Tristan Tate are facing a fresh set of serious criminal charges in the United Kingdom. The Crown Prosecution Service (CPS) has brought new allegations against the two social media personalities, including rape, sex trafficking, sexual assault and offences related to child abuse images and extreme pornography.
The latest development comes after the brothers were arrested on Saturday. According to The Telegraph, they appeared before a federal court in Miami on Monday, where their legal team said they would fight any attempt to extradite them to the UK.

The new allegations significantly expand the legal challenges already facing the former kickboxer and online influencer.

Andrew Tate’s younger brother, Tristan Tate, has also been charged with multiple offences.
The charges against him include:
- Three counts of sex trafficking
- Two counts of rape

Both brothers deny all allegations.
Court Appearance In Miami
Andrew and Tristan Tate appeared before a federal court in Miami on Monday following their arrest.
According to reports, both brothers were brought into court wearing light brown prison uniforms. They were restrained with handcuffs and shackles around their waists and ankles.
During the hearing, they only confirmed that they understood their legal rights, responding, “Yes, Your Honor.”
Their lawyer, Joseph D. McBride, later told reporters that both brothers are innocent and intend to contest the extradition request.
Allegations Span Several Years
According to court documents, the brothers are facing 38 fresh criminal counts linked to alleged incidents involving four women between July 2010 and August 2017.
Prosecutors claim the offences took place over several years and involve multiple victims.
Authorities allege that both brothers used violence during several of the alleged assaults.
Details Of Allegations
According to unsealed court records cited by reports, Andrew Tate allegedly raped a woman at her home in Bedford in 2015. Prosecutors claim he repeatedly placed her in chokeholds until she lost consciousness.
Another complainant alleged that Andrew Tate choked her at her Manchester home until she feared he was going to kill her.
Tristan Tate is accused of repeatedly assaulting a woman he was reportedly in a relationship with during 2012 and 2013.
According to the complaint, he allegedly beat, choked and sexually assaulted the woman. Prosecutors claim he caused injuries, including a black eye and bruising after striking her with a belt. The complaint also alleges that he repeatedly choked her until she became unconscious.
Tate Brothers Continue To Deny Allegations
The Tate brothers have consistently denied all allegations made against them.
Their legal team maintains that they are innocent and plans to challenge extradition proceedings in the United States before any potential transfer to the United Kingdom.
The case is expected to move through the US legal system before any decision is made on whether the brothers will be extradited to face trial in Britain.
