Anurag Kashyap calls Animal Director Sandeep Reddy Vanga ‘misunderstood, judged filmmaker’,

Sandeep Reddy Vanga, who directed “Animal,” was praised by director Anurag Kashyap, who called him the “most misunderstood and judged filmmaker at the moment.” Anurag posted a series of photos on Instagram of himself and Vanga smiling in a room together. Anurag wrote a long note with the pictures that says, “Had a great evening with @sandeepreddy.vanga.”

People don’t understand, rate, or like this Filmaker at all right now. I think he is the most honest, open, and kind person I have ever met. I don’t care what anyone thinks about him or his movie. I wanted to meet the man and ask him some questions about his movie, which I saw twice. He answered all of my questions. Thanks for putting up with me and being yourself. I saw ANIMAL for the first time 40 days ago and again 22 days ago. This is the most important movie in Hindi cinema in a long time, and its effects, good or bad, can’t be ignored. And the director who handles it all with grace. “I had a great evening with him.”

“Animal,” directed by Sandeep Reddy Vanga, was one of the biggest hits of 2023. Some people didn’t like it, though, because they thought it showed sexism. The movie’s main actors were Ranbir Kapoor, Rashmika Mandanna, Anil Kapoor, and Bobby Deol.

Many moviegoers were excited about the movie because it had a scene after the credits that hinted at a sequel called “Animal Park,” in which Ranbir might play two roles. The movie “Animal” is about a troubled relationship between a father and son. Ranbir plays Rannvijay Singh, a son who gets payback on his father after he is attacked. The movie made more than 800 crore at the box office.
In the meantime, Vanga will be directing “Spirit,” which stars Prabhas in the lead part.
